How can I adapt my meal plans for the winter season?
- During the winter season, you can replace your salad meal with a warm bowl of soup, or steamed or sautéed vegetables. Many soup recipes are given on our YouTube channel, as well as our food books.
- You can make more of Satvic curries for your lunch/dinner.
- Also, you can include more of warm drinks and herbal teas to get the much-needed warmth in the winter season. If it feels too cold to have a juice in the winter, you can skip it altogether.
- You can replace summer vegetables with winter vegetables such as peas, carrot, beetroot, fenugreek leaves, broccoli, and a variety of abundance that Nature blesses us with.
