Day 15 - Letting go of unresolved relationships
How can I deal with an unresolved relationship with a person who is no more or I can't get in touch with?
What if other person is not ready to resolve the relationship?
After forgiving the person, do I have to continue relationship with the person, even if I don't want to?
I cannot even think of forgiving the person. I don't want to resolve my relationship.
Is it compulsary to write a letter or message someone? I am fearful, what if my conversation goes wrong? What if it makes things worse?
Day 13 - Invite the two elements of nature
I love playing badminton, but it is indoors. Is that okay?
My lifestyle supports exercising in the evenings. What about my sunlight and air elements?
I get headache due whenever I go in the sun. How can I get benefits from sun element?
I'm an international participant. We don't get enough sunlight. How can I invite sunlight?
Day 12 - Movement
Is it okay to go for a walk, after dinner?
How much gap should we keep between eating and practicing movement?
Can we do movement during periods?
I have slipped disc. Moving a lot causes pain. What can I do?
Day 10 - Sleep
My work timings are till late in the night, around 11pm. How can I manage my sleep in this case?
How many hours should we sleep?
Is it helpful to sleep in a very dark room?
Even after good 7 to 8 hours of sleep, I still have difficulty waking up early and I feel tired during the day. What can I do?
Can we do some light exercises like stretching before sleeping?
Day 8 - Meal Plans
What is the active plan?
What is the lifestyle plan?
I want to lose weight. Which plan should I follow?
I'm underweight. What plan should I follow?
Can I skip breakfast?
Day 6 - Plant Based
I do intense physical activity every day. Which plant based sources of protein can I include?
How can I fulfill my protein requirement. I exercise for 1 hour each day and have a sitting job (sedentary lifestyle)
What are the plant based protein alternatives for growing children?
Is plant based lifestyle suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers?
How can I fulfuill my body's requirement of vitamin B12 on a plant based diet?
Day 5 - Wholesome food
Is besan wholesome?
What all flours are recommended under the wholesome foods?
Can we have brown rice or millets for dinner?
Are oats wholesome?

Day 4 - Living Food
Under which list would homemade pickles fall?
Are plant based protein powders living or dead?
Are frozen vegetables living or dead ?
How to control kids dead food habits as all their school friends are always eating dead foods?
Even packed daals and grains have chemicals and preservatives. How to categorize them? Yellow or green?
Day 3 - Juicing
Do we need to strain the juice after taking out from a juicer?
Can we take ash gourd juice if we have cough and cold or not feeling well?
Why do we need to strain the juices? Isn't it better to have them with all the fiber?
Do eating raw fruits and vegetables work same as drinking juices? / Can we have whole fruits and vegetables instead of juices?
Can I replace my dinner with a juice?
Day 2 - Early Dinner
What can I eat post 7 PM if I feel hungry?
I come back from office late at night. How can I manage early dinner in this case?
I get severe acidity/gas/headache if I eat early dinner. What can I do?
Can I skip my dinner, instead of having it at 7 PM or having a light dinner?
Can I pack my dinner along with lunch and have it at 7 PM?
