I am pregnant. Which meal plan should I follow?
We currently do not have expertise in the area of pregnancy and child care. Pregnancy is a sensitive stage in a woman's life, and Satvic Movement being an online platform, does not have the qualification to guide on meal plans, or one-on-one queries that may come up during pregnancy.
We recommend that having learnt the food principles in the UHC, you use your own judgement to create a meal plan for yourself, and consult a medical doctor (preferably a naturopathic one) to make sure you're meeting all nutritional requirements.
