Can we consume coconut milk as normal milk after boiling?
No, we do not recommend boiling coconut milk. Coconut in its raw form is extremely nutritious, and an excellent source of good/unsaturated fat. However, when we cook coconut or its milk, it turns into saturated fat, increasing the cholesterol within our bodies. Therefore, make sure to add coconut towards the end of your cooking, after turning off the flame.
