What all flours are recommended under the wholesome foods?
Flours of all millets, grains, and pulses are considered to be wholesome as long as the bran/thin outer layer is still in tact.
Examples of wholesome flours :
- Whole wheat flour (with the chokar, also known as bran)
- Bajra flour (pearl millet flour)
- Jowar flour (sorghum flour)
- Ragi flour (finger millet flour)
- Rajgira flour (amaranth flour)
