How can I stop my family from eating packaged foods?
We should not forcefully stop our family members from consuming packed foods. We can share the knowledge with them that we have learnt, but then leave the decision in their hands, whether to swap or not.
We should only focus on being the change ourselves by improving our food habits. Within a few months or years, when we lead by example and they see the benefits we are gaining, they are bound to ask and question, seeking for help.
Once they are receptive and open to our opinion, seeking advice from us, then we should freely share our learnings with them.
