How can we differentiate between living foods and dead foods?
There are 3 markers through which you can differentiate between living foods and dead foods.
1st marker: If it comes from a FARM straight to YOU - it's most likely LIVING! But if it is made, or is heavily processed in a FACTORY, it is most likely dead.
2nd marker: Living Food eventually rots. Rotting is a great thing! Because only that which has life can rot. For example - a packet of biscuit would not rot even if you keep it open on your kitchen counter for days, hence it is dead.
3rd marker: Living Foods usually don't have TV commercials.
These are simply guidelines to help you choose better options, but using your own judgement is also important.
