Can we take wheatgrass juice for our detox drink?

Yes, you can add wheatgrass juice to your diet. It is nutritionally dense and has numerous benefits. You can have 30-60 ml of wheatgrass juice in one go (we don't suggest more than that, as it is extremely potent). 

It is best to have it in the morning empty stomach, but you can have it in the evening as well, or at both times. 


The juice must be consumed fresh, within 15 minutes of extraction. It is best to take it undiluted, on an empty stomach so that the nutrients can be absorbed more efficiently.
