Can we have sugarcane juice as nourishing juice ?

Yes, you can have sugarcane juice occasionally (not more than 1-2 times a week) as a nourishing juice. 

Sugarcane is high in natural sugar, making it slightly difficult to digest. Make sure to have it unfiltered and without adding any salt or spices. 

In the case of diabetes or borderline diabetes, completely avoid having sugarcane juice
