Is it okay to have salads/raw vegetables for dinner?

Yes, it is absolutely okay to have raw foods/salads for dinner. Vegetables are easier to digest in comparison to grains. However, even after trying this for 6-7 days, if you feel eating raw food in the evening is not suiting your body, you can switch to having a bowl of soup with a portion of steamed/boiled vegetables.
