How can I manage to have early dinner if I stay in a hostel/PG/mess?
We understand that it is difficult to have an early dinner when the dinner timings of a hostel/mess/PG are late.
In such a case, the next best alternative is to have a light dinner, even if you're eating late. Here are some suggestions for a light dinner :
- Avoid grains (like wheat, rice, daal, etc), and have a meal with only vegetables
- Have a bowl of soup if available
- or have cooked vegetables (sabzi) without the grain or pulse
Having a light dinner will give your body ample cleaning hours, and derive a similar benefit that you would by eating an early dinner.
