Sometimes I have to eat late dinners, when there is an outing with friends or a family get together. Is it okay to have late dinner once in a while?
From your end, you should do your best effort to have an dinner early. However, on certain occasions, we understand that it is not possible to eat early. On those days, eat as light as possible by avoiding grains, legumes, pulses or proteins at night, and stick to veggie based meals like soups, salads and curries.
On many social occasions, soups and veggies are readily available.
Also, if you happen to have late dinners on one or more days, please see those days as exception, and do not let them become the norm.
If you are travelling, or have a series of events to attend, and you absolutely cannot manage to eat an early dinner for a day or more, there may be a tendency to fall back to your old habits, and leave the habit of eating early dinner altogether. But do not let this happen. If you miss for a few days, you need to bounce back not allowing a set back from reaching your Ultimate Health.
