Can I pack my dinner along with lunch and have it at 7 PM?

If you are packing a cooked meal (for example roti-sabzi, rice and vegetables), then it is best to consume it within 3-5 hours of cooking. It is not ideal to eat food that has been cooked and kept for many hours.

If you can consume your dinner within 3-5 hours of packing it, it's alright, and you may take your dinner in a tiffin.

If it is not possible to consume your dinner within 3-5 hours, we suggest one of the following options :

  1. Pack a raw meal for dinner, like a nourishing raw salad (this you can consume in the evening, even if prepared in the morning)
  2. Come home early and have dinner by 7pm.
  3. If that is not possible, eat a light meal for dinner, consisting of predominantly vegetables, and no grains, legumes, pulses, etc.
