Can I consume coconut milk on a daily basis?
Yes, given that you are making coconut milk fresh at home, you may have it everyday. We suggest using it in dishes, rather than having a plain glassful of it. You may use coconut milk in:
- Smoothies
- Breakfast bowls
- Curries
- Salad dressings
- Drinks
- Soups
Just remember to not heat coconut milk directly on the flame, as it converts into saturated fat and cholesterol when heated at high temperatures. Instead, add it from the top, after switching off the stove. This is how we use it in all Satvic recipes :)
