How can I fulfuill my body's requirement of calcium on a plant based diet?

Calcium is a mineral naturally occurring on the earth's crust. Grass absorbs calcium from the ground. Cows eat this grass and that's where they obtain their calcium from. Now we humans drink the milk of the cow & obtain our calcium. Wouldn't it be more sensible to obtain calcium from the plants directly? We don't need to go through the cow to fulfil our calcium needs. This point is also clearly illustrated in the image below : 


When we eat plant-based foods such as vegetables, seeds, nuts, grains, greens that's a much more direct source of calcium. Given below are some more specific foods which are particularly rich in calcium : 


One can easily fulfil his/her calcium requirement on a plant based diet. In fact, these foods have much better calcium absorption than dairy milk.  


Also, the question is not so much about where to take for calcium, but what to stop consuming which might be leeching out calcium from your body. Foods like coffee, tea, refined sugar and other refined foods, leach out the calcium from our bodies.
