How can I fulfuill my body's requirement of vitamin B12 on a plant based diet?

Let’s understand what vitamin B12 is. If you pull a carrot out from the ground, there would be little bits of dirt and millions of microscopic organisms all over that carrot. That's B12. It is present on the surface of root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, beetroots, etc. 

Due to our declining soil quality, and our vegetables being super washed, it can be difficult for certain people to complete their need for B12 on a plant-based Satvic diet. 


If after following a Satvic diet for 3-4 months, you are still deficient in vitamin B12, we suggest that you find and take a natural and organic supplement of Vitamin B12.
