Can we consume juice without straining the fibre?

Yes absolutely, you may do that. There is no harm. 

However, the advantage of removing the fibre from the morning juice is that without the fibre, intestines continue to get rest, no digestive energy needs to be spent on digestion, thus continuing your cleaning hours. 

Whereas when you consume a juice with fibre, the intestines need to wake up to process that fibre.
