How do I find what my innate strengths?

Innate strengths are those areas of your life in which you are naturally good at.

To find your innate strengths, start by reflecting on your past experiences. What activities have you enjoyed throughout your life, especially during your childhood? Think about the tasks that you find easy to complete and the ones that you often get complimented for. You may also ask people who know you well, such as family, friends, and colleagues, for their observations on your strengths.

Also, consider experimenting with new activities. Trying out new experiences can help you discover those abilities that you may not have been aware of before. Pay attention to what comes naturally to you and what energizes you.

All in all, discovering your innate strengths is a journey in itself. It is not an overnight process. Keep experimenting and reflecting, and you'll find yours soon :)
