I don't know what to do after I wake up in the morning. How can I use my morning hours?

Make a list of things that you always wanted to do in your life, be it exercising, reading, learning an instrument, meditation or simply spending time with yourself. Make sure you choose something that you really want to do and something which has the capacity of becoming your 'WHY' for waking up in the morning. Unless you have a strong 'WHY', you will not be able to sustain the habit of early waking.

Once you discover your purpose, you can develop a 3-M Morning Routine, which includes:

  1. Movement - Your preferred form of exercise.

  2. Meditation - This encompasses any spiritual practice that resonates with you.

  3. Mastery - Choose one skill that you wish to master.
