I have to eat something before my workout, otherwise I feel weak. In this case, when do I have my juice?
You can adapt the knowledge shared in the sessions as per your needs.
If you feel like having a fruit juice/ABC juice as your pre-workout meal, you can have it 15-30 minutes before your workout.
Or else, you can also have it after your workout. Please use your best judgement as per your body's needs.
