Can we prepare the juices at night, store them in the fridge and have it in the morning?
No, we do not recommend storing juices. Drinking juice within 15 minutes of extraction is the most ideal way to consume it.
The process that causes apples to go brown so quickly is known as oxidation, which is simply a reaction of the nutrient compounds being exposed to oxygen. In the very same way, when we store the juice for long, the nutrients are exposed to air, heat, and light and this leads to nutrient degeneration. The longer a juice sits around for, the more the juice nutrients will be oxidised and damaged.
However, on rare occasions, when your schedule is very hectic or when you are traveling, you can store your juice in an air-tight glass bottle in a refrigerator and consume it within 6-8 hours of taking it out. But this can be an exception, not the norm.
